Josh Arbuckle is a partner of Chitiz Pathak LLP.

Josh practices in our business law group, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financial offerings and general securities and corporate advice.

Prior to joining Chitiz Pathak LLP, Mr. Arbuckle worked as an associate at major law firms in Toronto and New York. While in New York, his practice focused on public and private securities offerings and developing structured financial products for American investment banks.

Mr. Arbuckle received his LLB from the University of Western Ontario. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1999 and the New York bar in 2001.
