Served as legal counsel to a major North American label manufacturer in respect of take-over bid for a TSX-listed company involved in the label printing industry. Negotiated and structured support agreement and lock-up agreement with major shareholder.

Successfully acted for dissident shareholder group in replacing existing board of directors and management of a TSX Venture-listed developer of hardware and software for digital recording systems. Subsequently completed private placement financings of $6 million with various institutional investors.
